Hi everyone - welcome back to tango! We had a wee dip into tango last Wednesday night with a fun practica and light supper at the Tango Room.   Watch this space  - we may just do it again. We start the Monday night Tango sessions again this Monday 18th January at 6.30 - 8pm.   Doors open at 6pm. The highlight for January is Gloria and Graham coming to town.  Please come and support  their workshops and milonga on Anniversary weekend.  See the flyer attached and click onto the blog to see it, as well as videos and other tid-bits of info. Summer Tango is only 2 months away I'll be updating you on this soon  .... but just to say .... I have the Aussies booking in already!  There are a recored number coming this year - very exciting for us all.  If you are able to host some dancers please let me know. Here's some dates to watch our for in 2016 ... yes get those diaries out! 29 -31 January - Gloria and Graham from Christchurch for workshops and milonga. 15 February Monday class - Alberto and Natalia from Melbourne  20 Feb - 20 March - Quique Miller   Summer Tango in Nelson 11-13 March April - Matthew Civil and I teaching in Golden Bay 29 June - 5 July - NZ Tango Festival in Wellington  20 June till ..... Quique Miller returns Sept Golden Bay Tango Weekend with A-M October , the wonderful Cecilia Gonzalez returns So I suggest you plan your holidays accordingly! OK back to the planning! MONDAY NIGHT SESSIONS Old ST John's,  320 Hardy Street behind the Church 6pm Doors Open 6.30 - 8pm Class $15 at this stage there is only one class for Improvers and Intermediate combined. Don't forget we meet at Cafe Affair for a drink before class from 5ppm. See you there :-)
